By accessing or using our website or booking services through Cuento Studio LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, collaborators, and visitors to our website.

2. Services

We offer photo/video studio rentals, photography and cinematography services, set design, equipment usage, memberships, and creative production support. Specific details for each booking will be outlined in your individual confirmation.

3. Booking and Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received or a contract is signed.

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except in case of emergency (at our discretion).

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

4. Studio Use & Conduct

  • Clients are responsible for all equipment and spaces used during their session.

  • Any damage to studio property or equipment will be billed to the client.

  • No illegal activity is permitted on-site.

  • Clean-up is required after each session unless previously arranged.

5. Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.

  • Payment is due in full prior to the start of the rental or service unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed, Cuento Studio LLC retains the right to use behind-the-scenes images or footage for marketing purposes.

  • Clients maintain ownership of their creative content unless created under a work-for-hire agreement.

7. Liability

Cuento Studio LLC is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages to individuals or property during the use of our space or services. Clients agree to assume full responsibility for themselves, their guests, and their crew.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
